The secret to get the TNT detonated is by tapping as LATE as possible – but before it hits the triangulat piece of wood, of course. If you tap for high speed immediately after the start, the bird will go horizontal and miss the TNT. It needs a tiny bit of a downward arc or else it will fly over.

The challenge seems to be 140k or more with no more than 3 birds..
Just got 142010 with 3 birds. And yes, now I have 3 stars.. Yoohoo!

I did it with just 2 birds and only got 1 star! (not a very high score tho 127k )

Damn! I did it several times with 3 birds, right in the way you described. But never got more than 26170 points. Not good enough for 3 stars! (
I saw 32270 as you score. So I will keep trying. I once did it ALMOST with just 1 bird, but the stone block just didn’t fall down… Hah.
